Youth

The Youth Potting Shed primarily focuses on activities tailored for secondary school children. It's ecumenical in nature, involving various churches such as ECB, Elim, St. Edburg’s, the Catholic Church, Lifehouse Church, and others. Dedicated youth workers and volunteers engage in a diverse range of regular and one-off activities, including social groups, the Cherish course, Youth Camps, Youth Clubs, the Limitless Festival, and sports-related activities, among others. These activities cater to both church-going children and those who don't typically attend church.

During our last Youth Potting Shed meeting in September, we delved into various resources that have proven highly beneficial in our youth work. Below, you'll find a list of these resources with accompanying links. They're readily available and can serve as invaluable tools, particularly for those setting up new youth work initiatives.

The leadership of the Youth Potting Shed falls under the guidance of Team Vicar Ian Biscoe from Emmanuel Church. For enquiries, Ian can be reached via email at vicar@emmanuelbicester.org.uk.
